About the Role

We are expanding our eCommerce operations on Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) and are looking for a skilled Magento 2 Backend (or Full Stack) Developer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work as an Individual contributor and also mentor / lead a small team. This role is focused on building custom modules, extending Magento’s core functionality, and supporting the business with robust backend solutions across catalog, checkout, customer, and integration workflows, enhancing our B2C and B2B customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Magento 2 modules , plugins, and backend features
• Extend and customize core Magento functionalities (catalog, checkout, customer, sales, etc.)
• Integrate third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, shipping APIs) via REST / GraphQL APIs
• Build and manage custom admin panel components and workflows
• Work on data import / export scripts, cron jobs, Magento CLI, and scheduled tasks
• Troubleshoot bugs and implement fixes in collaboration with QA and frontend teams
• Write clean, modular, well-documented code aligned with Magento 2 coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control workflows (Git)
• Ensure backend solutions are scalable, secure, and performant
