About Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex Oracle EBS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including functional and technical consultants
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and clients
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and resource allocation
  • Provide expertise and guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and methodologies

Must have skills :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS projects
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and functionalities
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Oracle EBS projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

    • Good to have skills :

  • Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and R12.2 versions
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and best practices
