Co-Founder & CTO – Co-Manner

(Equity Role)

Co-Manner is an all-in-one enterprise workflow and collaboration platform. We combine no-code workflow automation, project / task management, and highly contextualised communication in one seamless system. We are product-ready and entering our marketing and fundraising stages.

The next bold step for Co-Manner : integrating Agentic AI at the core of our platform — making workflows truly self-evolving, pro-AI, and autonomous for enterprise teams.

Market :

We are targeting a $500M Serviceable Obtainable Market within a $15B Serviceable Available Market, focused on mid-size and enterprise businesses at the intersection of productivity and workflow markets.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Co-Founder / CTO who will own the technical direction of Co-Manner, drive the Agentic AI integration, and scale the platform for enterprise adoption.

If you’ve built scalable SaaS systems, love solving hard problems, and are excited about AI-first enterprise software — this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technology roadmap, architecture, and implementation of Co-Manner.
  • Lead the Agentic AI integration phase, shaping how our platform evolves to become AI-native.
  • Build and manage the engineering team as we grow.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team on product vision, roadmap, and fundraising.
  • Make critical decisions on stack, infrastructure, and integrations.
  • Be the technical face of Co-Manner with investors and enterprise partners.

Ideal Skillset

  • Agentic AI expertise – strong experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, or building AI-first applications.
  • Full-Stack Development – proficiency in Ruby on Rails (preferred), and scalable APIs.
  • Architecture & DevOps – experience with AWS / GCP, infra scaling, security, and enterprise SaaS readiness.
  • Product-first mindset – ability to balance speed, stability, and innovation.
  • Startup / entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
