Role Summary
Skilled Dynamics 365 Support Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise CRM solutions. Adept at resolving UI and backend issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth data integrations. Brings strong technical expertise in Power Platform and Dataverse, along with a solid understanding of automation and reporting tools to enhance system performance and user experience. Must Have :
Dynamics 365 (C#, Power Platform, Dataverse) expertise
UI debugging using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Workflow, Trigger, and Flow / Power Automate troubleshooting
Data imports / exports and integration handling
Good To Have :
Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs
D365 ALM process
Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Soft Skills & ITIL Alignment :
Methodical approach to problem management and root cause analysis
Strong collaboration with business and compliance teams
Change and release management discipline
Effective stakeholder communication and documentation
