Job Title – Manager Operations
Reporting to- Senior Manager Operations or Director of Operations
Job Purpose - Manage SLA’s, team performance, plan short term and long-term strategies and daily operational management of assigned projects in collaboration with different departments.
Requirements-
- Minimum 9 years of overall experience in Medical Coding with at least 4 years in a management role
- Graduation / PG in any of the following : Dpharm / Bpharm / Mpharm / BSC / MSC / Btech or BHMS / BAMS
- CRC / CPC or any other relevant certification from AAPC / AHIMA is a must .

Meet client SLA’s.Meet monthly projected targets, manage and optimize staff utilization.Drive and develop systems and processes to achieve high standards of quality.Manage team and its developmentManage hiring and staff movement into different projectsDuties and Job Responsibilities-
Initiate and stabilize projects assigned in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.Continually improve processes to achieve operational excellence.Lead, manage, motivate and develop staff.Design KPIs for effective collaboration between teams, which adheres to organizational requirements.Achieve high levels of employee engagement, drive retention strategies.Design and implement road map for employee growth structure upto AM level.Identify process gaps, suggest and / or initiate process improvement projects.Identify training needs of different team members and work on their improvement.Conduct periodic and annual reviews with the teamContinually improve processes through RCAs, CAPA, BI or automation to improve overall efficiency of the department.Bring in value add to projects / processes handled.Responsibility of overseeing day-to-day activities of team members.Identify risks in project and plan to mitigate risk through planning and implementation.Plan and delegate the work to the team members to ensure job rotation and job enrichmentMonitor daily progress and make adjustments / corrections to ensure optimal performance.Simplify complex processes and promote lean strategies.Key Technical Skills and Knowledge Required-
