Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Admin. The Admin will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone calls, managing communication, offering executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical tasks. The Admin will also ensure efficient office operations, organize files, and handle data entry and scheduling.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Strong Clerical Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail
Proficiency with office software and tools
Previous experience in a remote-working environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
