Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative with prior experience in US calling and healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services.
Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Mandatory Skills :
Bilingual proficiency in
Spanish and English
(verbal and written).
Prior experience in
US calling
and
international voice process .
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in
night shifts
and from the
office .
Experience in
BPO voice support
or similar customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in
US Healthcare
customer service.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
