Position Overview

The Microsoft Autopilot and Intune Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end management, configuration, and deployment of modern workplace devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. The role involves automating device provisioning, managing policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting global endpoint management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage

Microsoft Intune

and

Windows Autopilot

for seamless device provisioning and lifecycle management.

Create and manage

Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance settings

, and

security baselines

Configure

Autopilot deployment profiles

, device enrollment, and pre-provisioning

Administer

Azure AD join

Hybrid join

, and

co-management

with SCCM (if applicable).

Integrate Intune with

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Conditional Access

, and

Compliance policies

Develop and maintain

PowerShell scripts

for automation, reporting, and custom configurations.

Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and policy compliance issues.

Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure device security and compliance.

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process workflows for device management operations.

Stay updated with the latest

Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)

and

Windows 11

features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in endpoint management with a focus on

Microsoft Intune

and

Autopilot

Strong understanding of

Azure Active Directory (AAD)

Group Policy

, and

Conditional Access

Experience with

mobile device management (MDM)

and

mobile application management (MAM)

Working knowledge of

Windows 10 / 11

Office 365

, and

Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Proficiency in

PowerShell scripting

for automation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with

SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)

is a plus.

Good understanding of

Zero Trust architecture

and

modern workplace

concepts.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 / 101)

Microsoft Certified : Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
