What you will do :

End to end recruitment

Sourcing and screening for different requirements , bulk hiring ,stakeholder management.

Sourcing and screening through different channels

To be fluent with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn and work on in house requirements for Talent, RRO, Talent Support group.

Maintaining data in excel-

Prepare excel for candidates sourced on daily basis with updated status

Interview setup and coordination-

Set up interviews and coordinating them as well.

Good communication skills-

Should be able to speak and articulate themselves fluently in English

Should be good with candidate engagement-

To connect with candidates to give them smooth hiring process experience.
