Location : Hosur

Qualification : MBA HR / MSW / MA Social Work or equivalent qualification

Experience : Minimum 18 to 22 years in food / FMCG / manufacturing industries

CTC : Maximum gross up to 20 LPA

Industries preferred : Food / FMCG / manufacturing / Process Industries

Languages must know : Tamil, English, Kannada, and Hindi

• Should have rich experience in handling Plant HR activities.
• Should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in corporate HR activities.
• Must handle core HR activities (Talent Acquisition, Compensation / Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement Statutory Compliances, Corporate HR Admin activities & corporate Public relations matters
• Should handle Employee relations areas / Grievance Handling
• Should have ability in Formulating HR policies / procedures.
• Should have ability to address the requirements with respect to people handling being directed by the company from time to time.
