About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on and visionary leader to serve as Vice President – Data Engineering & Architecture. This role will drive digital transformation through data, defining how it is structured, centralized, and leveraged to power analytics, automation, and AI across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end data engineering, modeling, and architecture efforts across the organization.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures, including warehouses and data lakes, supporting enterprise analytics and automation.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
• Serve as a people leader, mentoring teams and aligning data strategy with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation by reviewing existing systems, recommending architectural improvements, and implementing automation for scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure data is centralized, governed, and optimized to enable timely, accurate insights across business functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with automation, AI, and software development teams to maximize data impact.
• Establish robust data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
