Responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop scalable and robust data science architectures.

Job Title : Data Science & AI Lead.

Location : Bengaluru.

Experience : 6-15 Years.

Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent in CS, Data Science, or related domain.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage the strategic data science and AI roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI / ML specialists.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data science and AI / ML models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, product) to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives.
• Define and implement robust data governance, quality, and security practices.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science and AI / ML solutions.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI.
• Mentor and develop the data science and AI / ML team members.
• Continuously improve data science and AI / ML processes and methodologies.
