Cadess Parfums is a new-age, Premium, performance-driven fragrance house built for the modern Indian consumer. We are in the early-growth stage and scaling rapidly across India with a strong focus on D2C, retail channels, and high-quality product development.
As part of the core team, you will work directly with the founder and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand from the ground up.
Role Overview
This is a multi-disciplinary leadership position for someone who understands fragrance creation, operations, e-commerce, marketing, and sales strategy.
You will oversee end-to-end execution — from product development to launch, distribution, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perfumery & Product Development
- Work with perfumers, fragrance labs, and manufacturers for new product development.
- Manage sampling, formulations, stability tests, compliance, and QC.
- Build performance-focused scent briefs aligned with brand identity.
- Track global fragrance trends and consumer preferences.
- 2. Operations & Supply Chain
- Manage production cycles, packaging sourcing, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement.
- Implement quality control processes and ensure timely dispatch of batches.
- Coordinate logistics partners for pan-India distribution.
3. E-Commerce & D2C Management
Set up and manage the brand’s online store (Shopify).Optimize product listings, conversion rate, retention, and customer journeys.Manage marketplace presence (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra Beauty).Track analytics : conversion, CAC, ROAS, repeat purchase, AOV.4. Sales & Distribution
Build and execute offline sales channels : modern trade, general trade, perfume stores.Create distributor and retailer networks across North India and key markets.Drive and monitor monthly sales targets.5. Marketing & Brand Strategy
Lead brand storytelling, digital marketing, and creative campaigns.Plan influencer collaborations, PR activities, and on-ground promotions.Execute launch strategies for all new fragrance lines.Track performance of marketing channels and optimize spend.6. Business Strategy & Growth
Work with the founder on GTM, pricing strategy, margins, and new category rollout.Develop dashboards, reviews, and strategic growth documents.Identify expansion opportunities across product and market verticals.Who You Are
3–7 years of experience in beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or D2C.Strong understanding of product development, operations, and brand growth.Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with strong execution capabilities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Passionate about premium fragrances and consumer brands.What We Offer
