Objective :

Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for web and mobile application, ensuring an exceptional user experience and seamless interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.

Translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.

Wireframing & Prototyping (Figma)

Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma.

Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate designs quickly based on feedback.

Visual Design

Develop pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Maintain a consistent design system and reusable components within Figma.

Collaboration with Developers

Provide detailed design specifications and assets to development teams.

Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Identify opportunities to improve user experience and optimize workflows.

Cross-Functional Communication

Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.

Facilitate design reviews and incorporate constructive feedback promptly.
