Job description

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management processes
Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines for efficient and automated build, test, and deployment of applications
Configure and manage infrastructure resources, including cloud-based environments and on-premises systems
Automate system provisioning, configuration, and orchestration using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and availability using tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK Stack
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and scalability through code optimization and infrastructure enhancements
Implement and maintain version control systems and repositories (e.g., Git) to manage configuration and deployment artifacts
Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role

Strong understanding of software development, deployment, and operations processes

Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or CircleCI

Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK Stack

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
