Position : MERN Stack Lead.

Experience : 8-10 Years.

Location : Jaipur (In-Office).

Employment Type : Full-time.

About The Role :

Were looking for a MERN Stack Lead to drive end-to-end development of scalable web applications, manage a team of developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

The role demands hands-on coding expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Review code for quality, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI / UX, QA, DevOps, Product Managers).
  • Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in an Agile environment.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices CI / CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills :

  • 810 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working hands-on with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
  • Experience in leading teams and handling code reviews.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and architecture design.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS / Azure / Docker / Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with DevOps pipelines (CI / CD).
  • Exposure to frontend performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Contribution to open-source or internal reusable libraries.

    • Educational Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech.
