React Lead – Immediate Joiners Preferred Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Noida

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Developer with 12–15 years of hands-on expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React.js and Ionic Framework , to lead our UI development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-performance, scalable, and cross-platform applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of responsive, cross-platform applications using Ionic Framework .

Build and maintain dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript / TypeScript and React.js .

Implement robust state management using Redux or similar libraries.

Integrate front-end components with GraphQL or RESTful APIs , including Google Maps and video streaming solutions .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFront, Lambda) for deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.

Write and maintain unit and integration tests using React Testing Library , Jest , or equivalent frameworks.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for seamless user experiences.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in React.js , JavaScript , TypeScript , and Ionic Framework .

Experience with Node.js and familiarity with AWS services is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of frontend architecture , performance optimization , and security best practices .

Proven ability to lead and mentor UI development teams.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
