Job description2–5 years of professional experience in Java backend development. Strong command of Java , object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Hands-on experience with Spring Framework , Spring Boot , or related frameworks. Proficient in working with SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with Git , GitHub / GitLab, and collaborative version control workflows. Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , Docker , and deployment tools. Understanding of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Role Overview
We are seeking a Java Developer with 2–5 years of experience in backend development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Java (Spring / Spring Boot).
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external systems.
- Refactor and optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Document code, system architecture, and development processes clearly.
