Title : Senior SAP EAM Consultant

Location : Remote / Offshore

Working Hours : 2 : 00 – 10 : 00 PM IST

Duration : Contract / Full-time / Project-based

Experience : 15+ and above

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Maximo integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing SAP EAM solutions, with a successful track record of data and process integration between SAP and Maximo in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP EAM solution design, configuration, and deployment across asset-intensive industries.

Integrate SAP EAM with IBM Maximo, ensuring seamless data synchronization and process alignment.

Define integration strategies (API, BAPI, middleware tools) and maintain data integrity between systems.

Translate functional business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP EAM and Maximo cross-system processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintenance KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of SAP EAM experience, including Plant Maintenance (PM) module.

3+ years working with IBM Maximo and SAP integrations.

Strong grasp of equipment master data, maintenance plans, work orders, and notifications.

Hands-on experience with integration tools (IDoc, PI / PO, CPI, web services).

In-depth knowledge of asset management in manufacturing, utilities, or oil & gas.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S / 4HANA EAM implementation experience.

Exposure to mobile asset management or predictive maintenance tools.

Knowledge of GRC, health & safety, or RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).
