Quality Assurance Test Engineer

Position : QA Engineer / QA Tester

Location : Currently Remote → Delhi / Gurgaon candidates preferred (must be willing to work from office in 3–4 months)

Experience : 3–5 years in QA, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first products.

Compensation : ₹8–10 LPA (up to ₹10 LPA for candidates open to US hours)

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features across web, iOS, and Android for smooth, consistent user experience.
• Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across different browsers, devices, and environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Conduct real-world testing to validate performance and reliability for field service teams.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing strategies as the product and team grow.

The position will begin as remote , transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi / Gurgaon location.
