The ideal candidate will bring strong academic grounding along with hands-on industry exposure in fashion design, merchandising, or aligned creative sectors . This role requires academic leadership, subject expertise, and the ability to inspire students while bridging classroom learning with real-world fashion business practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and tutorials in fashion promotion, branding, and marketing.
• Lead designated modules and ensure all assessment processes meet academic quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement in line with the University of Central Lancashire academic framework.
• Guide and supervise student projects, portfolios, and final dissertations.
• Provide academic and career mentorship to support student growth.
• Participate in research, consultancy, or industry-driven initiatives to strengthen the program’s profile.
• Build strong connections with fashion and creative industry partners to enhance teaching relevance and student employability.
