Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows.
- Create detailed documentation, process maps, and user stories.
- Support system testing, UAT, and ensure smooth deployments.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, features, and best practices.Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.Salesforce certifications (preferred).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Why Join Us
