Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Architect

Job Description

• Ensuring all equipment accessibility, maintainability replacement requirements are still achievable after installation. (civil, structure and architect RE team are responsible to coordinate with other discipline RE & Design Teams where required to ensure this is achieved)
• Conduct daily site walks to review general quality of works
• Commercial and DC design, MEP, Fit outexposure
• Design / review of Roads and Road Layering, Carriageways, paving and landscape works (Hardscape & Soft scape)
• Able to review / coordinate all drawings including structural, MEP, DPR, drawings,
• Aware of fire norms and local statutory requirement
• All Reporting including QA / QC, progress, verbal and written reporting
