About the Role

As a Lead Registration Department Executive, you will ensure that every lead is verified, updated in the CRM, and ready for the sales team. Your role will involve outbound calling, data screening, and close coordination with the sales department to maintain high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls daily using provided leads

✅ Verify and screen customer details to ensure correctness

✅ Update CRM with accurate information from calls

✅ Maintain high-quality leads before passing to counsellors

✅ Work closely with the Sales team for smooth lead allocation

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Any graduate

🗣 Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

💻 Good knowledge of CRM tools

🌙 Comfortable with shift (9 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM IST)
