Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a GTE Counsellor at LCI Group in Gurugram. The GTE Counsellor will provide strategic and integrated recruitment solutions, build partnerships with students and universities, and maximize applicant-to-student success rates. They will also provide onshore and offshore student support, leveraging market insights and innovative approaches in today&aposs dynamic educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

• Document Assessment : Evaluate the authenticity of student documents, including financial and other required documents.
• Application Management : Manage student applications from the offer letter stage until the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) is issued.
• Verification & Compliance : Verify documents and information in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of universities and institutions.
• Liaison with Partners : Coordinate with educational partners such as universities and colleges regarding documentation requirements and updates.
• Financial Document Verification : Review and authenticate financial documents to ensure compliance with study abroad requirements.
• Student Interviews : Conduct student interviews and prepare them for the university's final round.
• SOP Review : Review students' Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and suggest necessary changes to agent partners.
