Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist all walk-ins and visitors, ensuring a warm and seamless experience.

Manage internal and external calls via EPABX and maintain accurate records.

Oversee housekeeping and cleanliness at the front desk area.

Handle vendor bills and maintain proper documentation.

Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, reflecting a 5-star service culture.

Requirements

✅ Experience :

Senior Receptionist : 3–8 years of relevant experience.

Receptionist : Prior experience in similar front-office roles.

✅ Preferred Background :

Candidates from 5-star Hotels, Airlines, or MNCs with a strong focus on grooming, poise, and exceptional communication skills.

Salary :

Receptionist : Up to ₹6 LPA

Senior Receptionist : ₹7–8.5 LPA
