Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven P&L Head for our Pilates vertical who will own end-to-end business performance and expansion. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires a blend of operational expertise, business acumen, and a passion for fitness. You will be responsible for scaling the Pilates business, ensuring profitability, and delivering seamless execution across cities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the P&L for the Pilates vertical — drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability
• Lead and execute the expansion strategy across multiple locations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, and Central Teams
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer demand, and competitive landscape
• Set up and streamline operational processes for new and existing centers
• Drive excellence in customer experience and studio performance
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team
• Track key business metrics, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisions
