Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at NDV Clinic Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, ensuring the clinic operates smoothly, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
