Job description
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of atleast 6 months in a telecalling or customer service role preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Atleast 6 months – 1 year of working experience required

    Pay : ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
