Job Description :
- Assisting the Company Secretary with drafting the agendas, minutes of board and committee meetings.
- Prepare and file necessary returns and documents with regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), etc.
- Assist in compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws applicable to the company.
- Support in the preparation of legal documents like resolutions, agreements, and statutory filings.
- Board support & logistics. Assist in the maintenance of statutory books, records, and registers.
- Work on the preparation of annual reports, corporate governance reports, and other compliance-related documents
- Participate in the organization and administration of the annual general meetings (AGMs) and other corporate meetings.
- Provide support for corporate governance processes and ensure adherence to best practices. Assist in corporate structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate legal matters.
