Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Team Lead with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to lead a small operations team to support a UK-based client. This role requires working from the Bangalore office during afternoon shifts and flexibility to extend hours as per customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, configure, and administer solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational support of ServiceNow modules.
• Develop and deploy enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents, requests, and problem tickets in alignment with SLAs.
• Support and enhance the following ServiceNow modules :
• ITSM : Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
• SPM : Strategic Portfolio Management / Project Portfolio Management
• ITAM : Software, Hardware, and Application Lifecycle Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide timely and effective support during and beyond business hours as needed.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
