We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
to join our team in India. You will be responsible for
customizing, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce
to support global business operations, including sales, marketing, advertising, and community engagement. This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with global teams in a flexible, remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development :
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using
Apex, LWC, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) .
Integration Projects :
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms (e.g.,
ad serving systems, marketing automation, analytics tools ) using REST APIs and iPaaS solutions like
Workato .
Automation & Workflows :
Implement advanced automation for
lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, attribution tracking, and ad performance alerts .
Data & Analytics Alignment :
Support data flows between Salesforce and the
enterprise data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, data lakes)
for real-time reporting and predictive analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Support teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Quality & Compliance :
Ensure
data accuracy, system performance, and security compliance
across Salesforce implementations.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities to enhance CRM usage, optimize workflows, and leverage
Salesforce AppExchange solutions
or new features.
Qualifications
6+ years
of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, declarative tools).
Strong understanding of
Sales Cloud
(Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud a plus).
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via
APIs, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar tools .
Experience building
automation workflows
for sales and marketing use cases (lead management, campaign attribution).
