About Us

We are seeking a Content and Technical Writer to create user assistance deliverables for SAP software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality UA deliverables, including terminology, UI texts, guides, multimedia content, and API references.

Key Responsibilities :

Creating user assistance (UA) deliverables that enable users to deploy, administer, and use SAP software efficiently.
Testing the software that you describe in the UA deliverables thoroughly.
Contributing to the usability of the software by reviewing UI screens and texts effectively.
Structuring content and selecting distribution channels according to the information needs of your target groups successfully.
Collaborating with stakeholders to constantly improve the quality of your deliverables.
Preparing content for delivery, including the provision of metadata, following the standard production process.

Requirements :

Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is required.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.

Familiarity with SAP software and its applications is required.
