Senior Manager – Organic Production & Procurement
Guntur / Hyderabad | 10–12 Yrs Exp | PG in Agri Business
We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Organic Production & Procurement to lead sourcing of high-quality organic commodities, build resilient farmer & supplier networks, and ensure compliance with global organic standards.
Responsibilities
- Source organic commodities & manage certified farmer clusters.
- Drive certification, audits & export documentation.
- Build strong vendor / farmer relationships & prevent unethical practices.
- Develop annual farming plans, budgets & promote sustainable practices.
- Track agri-commodity market trends & align procurement strategy.
Requirements
Preferred background : Reputed agri sourcing & procurement firms in the organic space (e.g., Organic India, Organic Tattva).
