About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Quick Commerce Analyst to support campaign management, platform operations, and strategy planning across both marketplaces and q-comm platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, comfortable working with performance data, and have a good understanding of how e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campaigns and visibility plans across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra , and Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Swiggy Minis
- Analyse performance metrics (traffic, conversions, sales, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, category share, etc.) to drive optimisations
- Oversee product listings, content, keywords, pricing, and catalogue hygiene
- Coordinate with platform account managers for inventory, offers, visibility, and operational alignment
- Support monthly and quarterly strategy planning across both e-com and q-comm channels
- Track category trends, competition insights, platform algorithm changes, and new features
- Prepare weekly / monthly dashboards and business performance reports
- Assist in planning for big sale events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, End of Season Sale) and q-comm-led promotions
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns within defined budgets and timelines
Requirements
0–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, campaign management, analytics , or performance marketingStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsUnderstanding of both marketplace and q-comm ecosystems (listings, promotions, ads, supply alignment)Ability to translate data into clear actionable insightsStrong coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood to Have
