Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating compelling visuals across a wide range of media. You will be responsible for designing both print and digital materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that design work aligns with brand identity and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Creation : Create high-quality visual designs for a variety of media, including print materials (brochures, flyers, posters) and digital assets (web banners, social media graphics, email templates, etc.).
• Branding : Work with the creative team to ensure that all designs align with and enhance the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other designers, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with campaign goals and business objectives.
• Creative Conceptualization : Develop innovative and original design concepts that are both functional and visually engaging, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• File Preparation : Prepare files for both print and digital production, ensuring that all specifications (e.g., resolution, color mode, file formats) are correct and optimized for various platforms.
• Revisions & Feedback : Incorporate feedback from clients or stakeholders and revise designs accordingly while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Maintain Quality : Ensure all design work is of the highest quality, error-free, and meets established design standards.
• Asset Management : Organize and manage digital assets, including images, templates, and graphic files, to ensure efficient workflows.
