- Educational qualification expected : CA, ACCA, BBA, BAF, BBI, BFM, B. Com, CA or MBA in Finance
- Preferable additional certifications : Globally accepted certifications in IA & Risk management
- Preferred geography of previous work experience : India / Europe / APAC / US
- Language requirements : Ability to write and speak fluently in English
Key responsibility areas :
Assist the team in executing BFSI and corporate client engagements with a focus on the following :
Provide advisory and documentation to clients in financial services pertaining to process optimization and process improvements in line with their digital transformation requirementsUndertake discussions with client business users to understand business requirementsAssistance in documenting and performing UAT testingDesign automation solutions related to business process optimization, data analytics and internal and regulatory reporting MIS in line with business requirementsServe banks and financial institutions by automating their business workflowsUndertake project management services for ensuring smooth and timely closure on projectsDrive the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.Work on no-code platforms such as MS Power Platform and Revolutio for designing automation applicationsKnowledge of banking set-up and various loan product and their characteristics including wholesale loans, auto loans, personal loans, mortgage finance, education loans, etc.Knowledge of Fund Transfer Pricing and associated pool wise profitability calculationKnowledge of budgeting methodologies adopted by financial services clients as part of strategic planningKnowledge of financial services capital planning and related regulatory requirementsUndertake project management services for ensuring smooth and timely closure on projects.Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, and controlsAssist in the development of key risk and control indicatorsReview and development of risk ratingsAssist in assessing risk, writing issues, and developing appropriate corrective actionsInvestigate root causes of operational risks and provide support to mitigate riskEvaluate changes in regulatory requirements and ensure clients business processes are enabled to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsIdentification of Operational Risk Incidents and Loss events in line with Basel requirementsReview and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis of critical events / lossesPerform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable regulationsDevelop strong relationship with key stakeholders by addressing concerns in a timely mannerKeep abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practicesRequirement understanding and documentation of requirements related to the functional areas.Play a techno functional role in the product teamUse our no-code platform to develop / configure the business requirementsAssist in the development of key risk and control indicators and define the methodologiesUndertake discussions with client business users to understand business requirementsDesign automation solutions related to business ORM, third party management and compliance management in line with business requirementsServe banks and Insurance by understanding of BFSI industry, regulations and risk management standardsUndertake project management services for ensuring smooth and timely closure on projectsDrive the day-to-day execution of assigned projects.Identification of Operational Risk Incidents and Loss events in line with Basel requirements.Assistance in documenting the test cases and performing UAT testingCreating product development roadmaps, define new functionalities and envision product roadmap to meet emerging market requirements in the relevant areas.Knowledge of risk management services and related regulatory requirementsKeep abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practicesDevelop strong relationship with key stakeholders by addressing concerns in a timely mannerComfortable with technologies and technology platformSelection process :
