- Experiential PR Kits (Concept to Delivery with gimmicky mechanisms)
- D2C Merchandise Launch (Ideation, sourcing, online drops)
- GWP Merchandise Planning & Execution (Pouches, slings, handbags, trousseaus)
- End-to-End Sourcing & Procurement (Uniforms, HR Kits, Collaterals, VM, etc)
- Material Knowledge (Fabric, Paper, Board, Lamination, extra Effects, Print Production)
- Retail Marketing Campaigns & POSM Rollout (Pan-India reach)
- Vendor Management, Budgeting, Cost Negotiation
- Market Visits, Trend Mapping, Post-Project Audits
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industries.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho) and MS Office tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Understanding of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and quality control practices.Preferred :
Awareness of cosmetic regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, etc.).Passion for the Retail / beauty / skincare industry.Skills Required
