Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist, located in Noida. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing the bid process, preparing tenders, and writing proposals.

Key Responsibilities

RFP Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or similar tender documents.

Proposal Development : Create comprehensive and compelling proposals that detail IT services, demonstrate expertise, and address client requirements.

Win Strategy : Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop effective win strategies and themes for each bid.

Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a central point of contact, working with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and develop the proposal.

Project Management : Lead the bid process, creating bid plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely submission.

Quality Assurance : Ensure that all bids are accurate, compliant with RFP requirements, and submitted with high quality.

Client Communication : Develop client-facing documents, such as pitch decks, to present the proposed solution effectively.

Secures New Contracts : Successfully winning bids directly translates to acquiring new clients and expanding business in the IT services sector.

Drives Revenue : Effective bidding specialists help their companies win more deals, directly contributing to revenue growth.

Enhances Win Rates : By managing the bid process strategically, specialists improve the company's success rate in winning competitive tenders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical and Domain Knowledge : Awareness of IT domains like Web and Application development, Digital Marketing Companies
