Sales Development Representative

Location : Gurgaon / In-office

Reports to : Associate Director - BD

Experience : 2+ years in SaaS sales development, (outbound focus)

Shift Timings : US Shift ( 7PM IST to 4 AM IST)

Role Overview

As an SDR, you will play a key role in Trademo’s outbound sales development engine, driving new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, high-quality lead generation, and strategic pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Execute well-researched outbound prospecting strategies to build a strong qualified pipeline
  • Pinpoint and connect with senior stakeholders responsible for supply chain, compliance, and procurement decisions
  • Conduct high-quality qualification calls to identify fit, assess urgency, and book strategic discovery meetings for AEs
  • Leverage account research and tailored messaging to boost engagement and conversion
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads
  • Keep CRM data up to date while monitoring key SDR metrics such as pipeline contribution and meeting success rates
  • Nurture early-stage leads with consistent value-driven follow-ups to drive pipeline acceleration and conversion
  • Achieve and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets through disciplined execution and pipeline ownership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimise conversion

  • Experience of outbound in global markets.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize outreach and show measurable impact
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
