Job Description :
Bhrighu Academy is seeking a proactive and empathetic Academic Counsellor with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journey, ensuring engagement, performance improvement, and overall student success.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized academic guidance and career counselling
- Track student performance and offer data-driven support plans
