Video Ops Executives

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative YouTube Publisher to manage and grow our Hindi YouTube channel (Times Now Navbharat). The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the YouTube platform (Analytics), expertise in publishing workflows, Proficiency in Hindi typing.

Role : Junior to Mid- Level / 2-6 Years (News and Politics)

Location : Noida

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities (Please do not apply if you lack with any of the key roles) :

Manage YouTube channel for Hindi content.

Cut, edit, and publish videos in a timely manner as per editorial requirements.

Write accurate and engaging Hindi titles, descriptions, and tags following platform hygiene.

Create and update video thumbnails (Canva, Photopea).

Ensure SEO optimization, and proper keyword usage.

Must be aware of Trending News / events.

Monitor video performance using YouTube Studio & Analytics.

Ensure compliance with YouTube’s community guidelines, copyright policies and monetization rules.

Collaborate with editorial, production, and social teams for smooth publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proficient in Hindi typing (mandatory).

Prior experience in handling YouTube channels or digital video publishing.

Familiarity with YouTube Studio, analytics tools.

Basic knowledge of video editing and clipping tools.

Understanding of SEO practices for YouTube.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Attention to detail and creativity in packaging videos.
