Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC VMC Machine Shop Incharge at SHAKTI MINING EQUIPMENT PVT LTD, located in Ambad, MIDC, Nashik, Maharashtra. The Machine Shop Incharge will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations within the CNC VMC machine shop. This includes production planning, ensuring quality control, managing manufacturing operations, and overseeing overall production management. The candidate will coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of production processes and adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of CNC & VMC machines
• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
