About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Assessment Design Intern to support the creation and enhancement of high-quality assessment tools for K-12 students. The role involves working closely with the product and content teams to design, review, and refine assessments that align with learning objectives and skill outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and structuring assessments, quizzes, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Research best practices in assessment and question design (objective and subjective).
  • Analyze learner performance data to improve assessment quality.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product designers to ensure academic rigor and clarity.
  • Support validation and pilot testing of new assessments.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Pursuing or recently completed post-graduation or graduation in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong academic credentials with analytical skills.
  • Keen interest in assessment design , learning science, or educational product development.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
