Job Description : Full Stack Solution Architect

Location : Hyderabad, India

Employment Type : Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Solution Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, end-to-end technology solutions. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural strategies and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture :
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack solutions.
Develop architectural blueprints and detailed documentation to guide development teams.
Technical Leadership :
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Full Stack Development :
Work across the stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Build and maintain reusable code, frameworks, and libraries.
Collaboration :
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Partner with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI / CD pipelines and ensure solution reliability.
Technology Evaluation :
Assess emerging technologies and tools to improve existing solutions and processes.
Recommend strategies for technical improvements and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.

Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, and cloud).

Technical Skills :

Expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.

Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD processes.

Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Azure Architect).

Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

Knowledge of AI / ML integration and data pipelines.
