Executive Assistant Fresher

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Fresher to support our senior management team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative and executive support functions. The role offers a valuable opportunity to learn how top-level executives operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling emails.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents.

Help coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners.

Support daily office operations, including file management and supply tracking.

Contribute to project management tasks and follow up on pending items.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

0–6 months of relevant experience (including internships or campus roles).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
