Full Stack Developer - Python / Node.js

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Python with Node.js or Laravel with Node.js.
• Optimize application performance and ensure robust security measures.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Manage database design and optimization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Plan and implement architectural decisions for the project.
• Document technical workflows and processes comprehensively.
• Plan and execute project sprints effectively.
• Estimate tasks, manage risks, and report progress to Qualifications : Laravel & Node.js : Proficiency in Eloquent ORM, Laravel Service Container, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and performance Database Management : Experience with MySQL, Nice to Have PostgreSQL, and Version Control : Proficiency in Git and Cloud Services : Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Nice to Have : Containerization experience with Docker for Nice to Have : CI / CD Pipelines & TDD : Ability to set up and manage continuous integration and test-driven development Nice to Have : API Development & Integration : Strong understanding of designing and implementing scalable Application Performance Optimization : Knowledge of caching strategies, load balancing, and monitoring Strong Communication & Leadership : Ability to mentor team members and effectively communicate with Adaptability to New Tools & Technologies : Willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies
