Key Account Manager :

About Us :

Haus and Kinder is a D2C design led lifestyle brand offering trendy home, baby and kids essentials to millenial moms at an affordable price. We started our operations in 2018.

We are growing fast and launching product categories at a fast pace.

Job Purpose :

To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Myntra and Flipkart by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Account Management & Strategy

  • Own the business performance for Myntra and Flipkart – revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion.
  • Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales.

2. Listing, Cataloging & Merchandising

  • Ensure timely and accurate listing of products with high-quality content and images.
  • Manage inventory, pricing updates, and in-stock rates through coordination with internal teams.
  • Work with design and content teams to improve PDPs, A+ content, and brand pages.
  • 3. Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute campaigns during sale events (Big Billion Days, EORS, etc.) in coordination with platform teams.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and visibility drives.
  • 4. Operations & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor SLA adherence – returns, cancellations, delivery time, and fill rate.
  • Address operational issues with category managers and platform partners.
  • 5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track daily / weekly sales, marketing spends, and ROI metrics.
  • Present performance dashboards and insights to management.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
  • 6. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with platform category managers, business development, and marketing teams.
  • Negotiate better visibility slots, deals, and platform collaborations.
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce account management or online category management.
  • Prior experience handling Myntra and / or Flipkart accounts is mandatory.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG preferred.
