Associate - Investment & New Ventures

We are hiring a full-time Associate to join our family office and new ventures team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, consulting, or startup investing, who is looking to work closely with a high-performing founding team across investment diligence, ecosystem building, and operator-level execution.

You'll help identify high-growth sectors and opportunities, evaluate potential investments, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive synergies across our portfolio.

Support deal sourcing, research, and diligence on new investments.

Prepare research notes and market maps.

Track pipeline and maintain ecosystem databases.

Collaborate with operating teams on key initiatives.

Support execution of internal ventures and IPs.

Coordinate across content, brand, and community teams.

Assist with strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

3–5 years of relevant experience in investing, strategy, or operating roles within high-growth environments.

Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to turn insights into action.

Exposure to India's consumer, sports, or tech ecosystems is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work across disciplines.

Genuine passion for sports, community building, and long-term impact.
