Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Willingness to work in the allotted shift Role to be based out of the Pune office – 3 days a week

Experience
8-10 years of experience in demand planning or related role in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience as a Demand Planner using an advanced digital Planning tool, desirably Kinaxis Maestro
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis Maestro highly desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work effectively with Commercial and Sales teams based in other countries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
